SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped standard ground transportation at no charge to the customer. Grasscloth and More reserves the right to choose carrier (UPS, FED EX, USPS) at our option.

Orders requiring expedited shipping (overnight, second day, or three day service) will be charged prevailing freight rate at time of order and charged at time of placement. Expedited freight is not refundable under any circumstances.

RETURN POLICY:
Please examine your shipment upon receipt. Contact us within 30 days of shipment with issues regarding your shipment. Grasscloth and More is not responsible for installation/labor costs. Our return policy is as follows:

PRODUCTS SOLD BY THE YARD: Items sold by the yard are not returnable. Defective material must be reported and demonstrated within 30 days of shipment. If product is determined to be defective, it will be credited and replaced by Grasscloth and More.

PRODUCTS SOLD BY THE ROLL: All unopened items sold by the roll are eligible for return, subject to a 30% restocking/handling charge plus freight. Defective material must be reported and demonstrated within 30 days of shipment for credit/replacement. Opened or cut rolls are not are returnable. If you spot a defect in an open roll contact us immediately and do not open additional bolts.
